This Lift out of service belt barrier is designed specifically to provide an effective and flexible lift safety solution. The message is just on the one side, unlike other similar barriers, this means more message, less space. The barrier unit is designed to be mounted on the left and for the belt to extend to the right. As this is a one side message barrier, if you require the barrier to be mounted right to left instead, please contact us.
The Lift out of service message is a highly visible yellow with black writing. The barrier comes in a choice of units, styles and colours with 2 belt sizes; 2.3M and 4.6M. You can also have a range of different mounts and tape end including magnetic mounted, glass mounted, removable retractable belt barrier units and tape ends. Mounting Options
Magnetic
The magnetic mounted retractable barrier option can be securely mounted onto almost any metal surface and is ideal for temporary placement on metal lifts, simply add and remove as you need them.
Removable
Removable wall plates offer the ideal solution for a temporary barrier that can be moved to multiple locations quickly and easily, you can purchase multiple wall plates but just a few barriers to place on your lifts, as and when you need them. This preserves the lifespan of the product, removes unnecessary barriers when not in use and it saves you money!
Standard
The wall mount option comes as standard, ready to be mounted on the wall with screw fixings. Easy to place and it creates a handy barrier, ready to go, as and when you need it.
Suction Cup
The glass suction cup mount is a great solution for when you want to add a temporary glass mounted belt barrier. This is available on the plastic 4.6M model currently.
Tape End Options
Magnetic
The magnetic tape end is perfect for metal lifts. It allows easy fixing the tape end to a metal surface. If you don’t have a magnetic surface you can also purchase wall plates that you can screw into the wall. This combination is also available with the panic break system.
Panic Break
The panic break clip can be quickly and easily released in the event of an emergency. This simple solution consists of a magnetic tape end and steel wall plate. Additional wall plates are available for use in multiple locations.
Suction Cup
The suction cup wall receiver clip is designed to offer a temporary glass mount option to attach your belt end to.
Standard
This tape end comes as standard with a mountable wall clip that you can attach to the other side of the elevator, extra wall clips are also available, to add in multiple locations with the removable mount or as spares.
