Shipping Information

Great Britain (England, Scotland & Wales)

Delivery is free of charge to all mainland locations within England, Scotland & Wales.

• Our standard lead time is 1-3 days from order to despatch, for the following working day delivery.
  This is variable and dependant on the time the order is placed, complexity or size of order and how busy the warehouse is at the time of placement.
• Many orders are assembled and packed in time for next day despatch via a 24hr delivery service (primarily FedEx, but dependent on courier availability at the time). This means orders will be despatched the day after the order is placed, for delivery the following working day (subject to stock availability).
• When orders are larger, more complex, contain clamp mount units or during busy periods, orders may take a little longer to despatch (usually 2-3 Days).
• Large orders, pallet deliveries, Highlands and Islands may take longer.

Lead Times for Custom Barriers & Belts
Approximately 2-3 weeks for custom barrier stands.
Custom belts take approximately 3 weeks from signed off print proof, we recommend that you allow 4 weeks overall.

Northern Ireland

Unfortunately, we are unable to ship orders to Northern Ireland due to the EU General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR) which requires us to retain compliance representation outside of our current operational location.

International

Unfortunately, we do not currently supply products outside Great Britain (England, Scotland & Wales). We do not prepare goods or supply paperwork/information for international shipments or accept forwarding orders.
