RETURN POLICY

1. Scope

  • This policy applies to orders placed with Red Daisy Ltd on www.Barrier2Go.com by both business (B2B) and consumer customers (“you” or “your”).
  • For consumers, statutory rights under UK law (including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts Regulations) apply in addition to this policy.

2. Notification Period

  • 2.1 B2B – Discrepancies or Damages

    • Any discrepancies or damages must be notified to us in writing within 7 days of receiving your order. We voluntarily offer a 60-day return window, provided you contact us within the first 7 days of receipt to initiate the return
    • Please do not return any goods without first obtaining a return authorisation (RMA) from us.

  • 2.2 B2B – Change of Mind

    • If items are not suitable for your needs or you wish to exchange components (e.g., belts or accessories), we voluntarily offer a 60-day return window, provided you contact us within the first 14 days of receipt to initiate the return.
    • We will confirm return instructions and any applicable costs or restocking fees on a case-by-case basis.
  • 2.3 Consumers: 
    • You have a legal right to cancel most online purchases within 14 days of delivery for any reason (“cooling-off period”). To do so, inform us in writing within that period.

3. Condition of Returned Goods

  • All returned items must be unused and should be in their original condition, including any packaging and documentation, unless returning due to being faulty.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns or charge a restocking fee if items are not returned in an unused and saleable condition (unless returning because of a defect or our error).

4. Shipping & Return Costs

  • Standard Practice: In most cases, we arrange collection from your location at no additional cost.
  • Exceptions: For certain large or heavy shipments (e.g. palletized items), or if there are repeated failed collection attempts not due to our error, we may discuss cost-sharing or alternative shipping arrangements.
  • We strive to reach a fair solution and will confirm any specific logistics and costs in writing.
  • Consumer Rights:
    • If you are a consumer, you may be responsible for return shipping costs if you change your mind (unless we expressly agree otherwise).
    • If goods are faulty or not as described, we will comply with our legal obligations and cover or refund any reasonable return costs.

5. Inspection & Remedies

    • Once received, returned goods are inspected promptly.
    • Faulty or Incorrect Items: We will either replace or refund you, as appropriate. Refunds will normally be made to the original payment method.

6. Exclusions

    • Custom-made, bespoke, or special-order items are non-returnable unless faulty.
    • Damage caused by misuse, improper storage, or normal wear and tear is not covered by this policy.

7. Liability & Governing Law

  • Except as required by law, Red Daisy Ltd is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or economic loss arising from returned goods.
  • This policy is governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
